PAYMENT & DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

50% of the Bridal / bridesmaid dresses must be paid before ordering.

A futher 25% to be paid within 10 weeks of order.

The remainder of all items must then be paid in full when they arrive in-store.

All ordered goods are non-refundable.

Delivery of bridal gowns can take between 4-6 months and approximately 12-20 weeks for bridesmaid dresses.

We do ask all clients to try on their gowns when they arrive in-store, any gowns that are not checked and tried on before leaving can not be held responsible for.

Sale goods are non-refundable and ‘sold as-seen’.

ALTERATIONS & FITTINGS 

In all circumstances, unless otherwise stated, a standard size of dress will be determined according to measurements taken at the time of ordering. And in most cases, alterations will be needed.

If a gown is ‘made to measure’, any weight loss/gain after these measurements have been taken, can lead to ill fitting of the dress and hence therefore need additional alterations (not covered in the cost of the ‘made to measure’ price).

Pippa Bridal do not offer an in-store alteration service, but are happy to provide clients with a list of local dressmakers: please note it is up to the client whom they choose to carry out their alterations. Pippa Bridal is not affiliated in anyway with any of the dressmakers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unfortunate event of a wedding being cancelled or postponed, it is the responsibility of the client to pay in full for the dresses and any accessories.
